We advise you to book at least 2 months before your due date. However, we will still accept last minute booking if we have available slots for you.

It takes about 2 hrs to 2 and half hrs.
Normally the treatment are as follows:

Yes. The treatment will be done on the floor, you need to provide any suitable mat like a yoga mat or thin mattress to lie down on during the treatment.
We don’t accept cash. You need to make full payment via transfer to our bank account.

Full payment needs to be made as soon as the first session of therapy is done.
For 3 days package, normally the treatment will be done 3 days straight.
For other packages, normally the treatment will be done 3 days in row and with gaps in between.
Most of the time we will schedule your treatment accordingly after several consideration have been made. Your schedule will be updated from time to time by us.
Any special request need to be discuss with us. We will try to cater to your needs as much as possible depending on the situation as we need to consider other customers’ needs as well. However, the schedule are subjected to change base on our management discretion.
We will always advise our customers to continue wearing bengkung after the treatment. If you can’t find a good one, you can buy it from us.Just gladly inform us during your treatment.
It is true that if we don’t take care of ourselves properly during our confinement, we can suffer from infections, postpartum depression, and other maladies when we grow older.
We recommend wearing the bengkung minimum 10 hours, everyday for 40 days, for optimum results. It’s best if you can wear it day and night , taking it off only when you have your shower. The more you wear it, the faster you will regain your pre-pregnancy figure.
For Caesarean delivery, we recommend the wearing Bengkung only after the stitches are healed, which is around 2 weeks.
Appointment cancellation or postponement must be communicated at least 6 hours before agreed appointment date and time.
For pakej 7,10 & 14 you will enjoy services include heat treatment (tungku), traditional Malay postnatal massage, application of Calming Paste (pilis), Betawi spa (tangas) the combination of traditional herbs works to nourish, heal and tone the vaginal and uterine tissue, wearing of abdominal wrap (bengkung) and full body rejuvenating and warming scrub (lulur).
For pakej 3&5 you will enjoy services include heat treatment (tungku), traditional Malay postnatal massage, application of Calming Paste (pilis), Betawi spa (tangas) the combination of traditional herbs works to nourish, heal and tone the vaginal and uterine tissue, and wearing of abdominal wrap (bengkung).
All massage packages must be utilized within 6 calendar months from purchase date. Unutilized sessions will be forfeited. Unutilized massage packages are non-refundable.
The payment is transferable but not refundable upon customer cancellation. However if we were to cancel the deposit will be refunded.
We will lend you our bengkung through out the period of service, however for package 7 and above after the last session (before closing session) customer need to have their own bengkung, either you can get your own choice of bengkung or you can purchase from KakakAdek.
Yes it is possible subject to slot availability.
Yes it is possible with acceptable reason.
We will not charge any penalty for the cancellation, however customer will be responsible for the transport chargers only.
